A high specification local project deisgned by Ben Parsons and built by K&D Constrcution Ltd. This is a signature property for K&D featuring a full loft conversion into 2 bedrooms and shower/steam room a 2 storey side extension with 2 new bedrooms and a single storey kitchen/utility extension. It had many challenging aspects but the final product was well worth the effort.
We also made some major alterations to the layout to produce a large master en-suite, wet room shower and a new bathroom. All of the existing doors were changed for premium pre-finished Oak doors and the main staircase was re-furbished to remove the spindles and replace with glass inserts. We finished off the rear of the property by building a raised patio area with new steps down onto the garden.
