The new kitchen/living area extension incorporates a vaulted ceiling with 2 large flat roof lights, open plan kitchen, underfloor heating & audio system. While externally a traditional tiled roof with lead flat section fits in with the exisitng style of the house. The alterations continue at the front where a new dormer has been added to form an en-suite bedroom.
The newly landscaped patio will have a level threshold access from the 4 aluminium french doors with new exterior lighting. This is an 18 week project from start to finish.
